Social inclusion

This is our companys social mission and a big part of everyday worklife for all our employees, in every department. We believe there is a place for everyone in the working society no matter of their challenges. Cooperation and communication is the basis of any type of work inclusion. Our participants and local companies are brought together, the assistance agencies is activiated and every possibility is tested to give everybody a sence of mastery.

Work-oriented rehabilitation

Everybody has unique, individual needs. We are offering a broad expertise through our mentors/consultans. They work interdisciplinery and individually with all our participants. We collect all our resources and creates an arena for mastery, both at work and also within themselves.

Work preparatory

There is many roads that can lead to a job, and sometimes that road can seem very long and difficult. And not easy to walk alone. One of the societies safety net is work preparatory training. We give the support and couching needed and facilitate in reaching the goal- to get a job in an ordinary work place.

Clarify job skills

The value of work is a big part of everybodys life. It’s a fundamental feeling of safety, routine and self worth. We clarify the unknown and help create new opportunities whilst working on finding a fundament for participating in the ordinary work life. Sometimes it’s difficult to find the right direction – but working together it can be done.

Courses

For some the road back to work- or starting to work, is to build compentence.  To establish what compentence is necessary and important, we look at everybodys background and offer short and simple courses, both digital and practical.

JobbHuset

This project is an unique cooperation between NAV, the psychiatric hospital and FREM. We work with the society in the whole of North Norway to create work inclusion.
